Join Advantage Home Health and Hospice as a PRN Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)in the Altoona/State College, PA and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to directly provide patient care within homes, truly making a difference in the lives of our patients.
As a part of our team, you'll experience:

What You'll Do
  • Provide hands-on personal care including but not limited to bathing, dressing, changing bed linens, skin care to prevent breakdown, toileting activities and tidying the patient's living area
  • Assist with ambulation or exercises according to the plan of care
  • Observing and reporting on the patient's overall condition
  • Performing range of motion and other simple exercise assistance as stated in care plan that is within scope of practice of the CNA
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Follows documentation requirements and guidelines
About You
  • You are a licensed CNA in the Commonwealth of PA
  • You have experience with electronic charting
  • You have a valid PA driver's license and state required auto insurance
  • CPR certification required
  • Home Health Experience preferred but not required
