Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques
  • Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse
  • Accurately document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations
  • Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
  • Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly
  • Participate in shift handoffs, team communication, and ongoing training
  • Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
  • Promote patient dignity, independence, and safety at all times
Requirements:
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
  • Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and patient-first mindset
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
