Job description

Salt + Light Eye Care + Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-centered team member to join our boutique concierge-style practice in Albuquerque, NM.
This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are looking for someone with optical/optometry experience who can confidently step into a fast-paced but peaceful environment focused on exceptional patient care, luxury eyewear, dry eye treatment, and aesthetics.
Our ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and checking in patients.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Optical sales and frame styling.
  • Eyewear adjustments and troubleshooting.
  • Educating patients on lenses/products.
  • Assisting with dry eye and aesthetic workflows.
  • Managing patient communication and follow-up.
  • Supporting a high-end concierge patient experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 2 years optical, optometry, or ophthalmology experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Comfortable with technology and scheduling systems.

ABO certification is strongly preferred but not required.
Compensation:
