Overview
 Detail-oriented and patient-focused professional responsible for enhancing patient experience, and ensuring efficient coordination of care. Skilled in scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate dental records while supporting clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize provider productivity and patient flow 
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and assist with claim submission and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient records ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
  • Assist with processing payments, and follow up on outstanding balances 
  • Assist with  treatment plans, financial options, and post-care instructions to patients
  • Coordinate between patients, providers, and team members for seamless care delivery
  • Support daily operations
