What Youโ€™ll Do:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for patients and families, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Your responsibilities will include:

ยท Youโ€™ll be the hub of our office, balancing patient check-ins, scheduling, billing, and communication with clinical staff

  • Greeting and checking patients in and out
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
  • Verifying and updating insurance information
  • Reviewing and managing financial agreements and patient accounts
  • Posting charges and payments accurately
  • Assisting with treatment planning and recall coordination
  • Reviewing and entering insurance payments
