Patient Coordinator / Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Miami, FL (Primarily In-Person) We are seeking a Patient Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to work directly with a cosmetic surgeon in a non-clinic setting. This role supports patient coordination, scheduling, and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage communication and tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

⸻ Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate patient consultations and follow-ups Follow up with leads and patient inquiries Manage calendar and appointments Create before-and-after patient content using Canva Maintain organized photo libraries and patient records Support day-to-day administrative operations ⸻ Qualifications: Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Proficiency in Canva (required) Strong communication skills and professionalism High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable handling confidential information (HIPAA awareness) At least 1 year of experience in a medical, aesthetic, or administrative role preferred Familiarity with Google Drive and basic digital tools ⸻ Schedule & Compensation: Part-time: 25 hours per week Primarily in-person with some flexibility for remote work when needed Availability required for afternoon/evening coordination (some appointments extend beyond 5 PM) $20–$25/hour, depending on experience ⸻ How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to: info@guticosmeticsurgery.com Subject line: Patient Coordinator Position (Include the word "calendar" in your application to confirm attention to detail.)
