Job description

Provides administrative and scheduling support to the suite and department, with a focus on provider scheduling and patient outreach. Interacts with patients, providers, and team members in a positive and professional manner to support a smooth and efficient clinic experience.
Responsible for assisting with provider schedules, including coordinating vacation requests, making day-to-day schedule adjustments, and supporting patient outreach to help fill schedules and connect patients to care.
Generates and reviews reports to support scheduling needs, operational initiatives, and practice performance improvement. Works both independently and collaboratively with the team to maintain organized, effective workflows while upholding Highland Health's ICARE values.
Salary Range:
$19.50 - $25.30 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
