About Us
Urgent Care for Kids by Goodside Health operates 23 pediatric clinics across Texas, and we're continuing to grow! While our name includes "Urgent Care," this role is within our Primary Care division, focused on delivering ongoing, comprehensive care for children and families in a traditional outpatient clinic setting.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to join our pediatric primary care team. You will provide routine and preventive care, manage chronic conditions, perform well-child visits, vaccinations, and patient education, and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Conduct age-appropriate patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
โ€ข Manage chronic conditions and coordinate follow-up care.
โ€ข Perform well-child exams, vaccinations, and screenings.
โ€ข Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and execute care plans.
โ€ข Support patient education and ensure compliance with care recommendations.
โ€ข Oversee clinical workflows and ensure quality standards are met.
โ€ข Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits as required.
โ€ข Maintain documentation and EMR records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
โ€ข MD, DO, NP (PNP or FNP), or PA with a focus on pediatric care.
โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of pediatric primary care experience preferred.
โ€ข Active and unencumbered Texas medical or nursing license.
โ€ข PALS certification required; BLS certification required.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, CLIA).
โ€ข Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented clinic environment.
โ€ข Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
