Job description

Medical Office Patient Service Associate

The Medical Office Patient Service Associate plays a crucial role in the healthcare team by handling front office responsibilities such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing check-in/check-out processes, including insurance collection and payment processing. Working closely with Providers and the Practice Administrator, this associate ensures accurate maintenance of patient medical records and contributes to delivering high-quality outcomes in patient care.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

40 hours per week - First Shift

Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

High School Diploma or GED

Front Desk/Clerical Experience Preferred
