Compensation

  • Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps
  • Earn while you learn: $1,750 during training period.
  • Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$100,000+
  • Top performers earn $150,000+ annually
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
