Our office, Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Here is what you need to know about the role, our team and why we could be the right next step in your career.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:
  • Welcoming patients to the dental office
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updates records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Work full-time from Monday-Friday

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

You are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You're a team player that is adaptable to new and challenging tasks.
