IT Operations Supervisor

We're looking for an IT Operations Supervisor who's ready to lead, innovate, and ensure our systems stay secure, reliable, and efficient so our teams can focus on what matters most: people.

What You'll Do

Keep Systems Running at Their Best

  • Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud systems, and endpoints
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and uptime across all systems
  • Manage backups, system upgrades, and overall infrastructure health

Safeguard Our Systems & Data

  • Lead IT security efforts and maintain compliance standards (including HIPAA)
  • Monitor systems for risks and respond to potential threats
  • Report and collaborate with leadership on security matters

Lead & Support Your Team

  • Supervise and mentor IT Operations and Support staff
  • Create a collaborative, solution-focused team environment
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests and strong customer service

Drive Innovation & Improvement

  • Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency
  • Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and systems
  • Lead IT projects from planning through successful implementation

Partner Across the Organization
