Job description

Excellent opportunity for a motivated, BE/BC AP/CP Pathologist to join a growing private practice group in northeastern TN.
Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Group consists of 11 Pathologists
  • Provide comprehensive diagnostic services to a wide range of hospitals, outpatient clinics, surgical centers, and private medical offices, with an academic affiliation with East Tennessee State University
  • This position can be a partnership track or non-partnership track position
  • General community hospital-based sign-out
  • Occasional sign-out with East Tennessee State University pathology residents
  • Frozen sections and rapid on-site cytology evaluations
  • Occasional tumor boards and cancer conferences
  • Subspecialty focus (especially hematopathology) is a plus, but not required
  • Healthy work-life balance: only 5-6 call weeks per year
  • No autopsies
