The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field leader, managing the hands-on execution of critical foundation restoration and seismic retrofitting projects across Greater Los Angeles. This role empowers you to take ownership of site safety and quality while mentoring a dedicated crew in a culture built on integrity and transparency. You will play a key part in scaling a company with nearly 20 years of industry expertise into its next phase of regional growth.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Supervise and direct daily field operations for foundation repair crews to ensure all projects meet high-quality standards.

  • Execute complex structural retrofits and foundation repairs while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.

  • Coordinate on-site logistics and technical troubleshooting to prevent project delays in challenging crawlspace environments.

  • Mentor junior team members by providing hands-on training in foundation repair techniques and construction best practices.

  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and clients to ensure project transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications & Experience
