Atlantic Region CBO:
The Atlantic Region Central Billing Office ("ARCBO") or ("CBO") provides business office services including billing, collections, cash posting, pre-access management, variance, and customer service to our affiliated Universal Health Services hospitals.

T he Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented Foundation Analyst.
Under the guidance of the Foundations Manager, the Foundation Analyst will complete facility and vendor requests along with reporting. They will work email requests from within the CBO, facilities, and vendors. Completes tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Completes the daily review and timely resolution of all TCE's and Recirculating Error File according to policy, reporting any inconsistencies with the Foundations Manager.
  • Participates in Document Imaging QA by validation of the Reject, Med Rec, and Batch error folders on a weekly basis.
  • Complete CM1POLCM Reports to ensure Front and Back end in SMS are in balance
  • Corrects all G/L errors as they occur in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Work requests sent to Foundations mailbox and confirm complete.
  • Assists other departments as needed with worklists, reports etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Customer focused both internally and externally, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with customer service and 1-3 years healthcare business office experience preferred.
