A respected California-based law firm with a growing intellectual property practice is seeking a Patent Associate to join its collaborative team. This attorney will work closely with experienced practitioners on a wide range of intellectual property matters for clients ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 organizations.

This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, strong mentorship, and a realistic path for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters
  • Support intellectual property transactions and portfolio management initiatives
  • Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements

Qualifications
