They teach techniques for preparing various baked goods, including breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts, often providing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice. In addition to demonstrating recipes and methods, pastry teachers also educate students on ingredient selection, kitchen safety, and presentation skills. Their goal is to prepare students for careers in baking, pastry arts, or related culinary fields.
