Job Overview:

Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry. We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Maryland, and Illinois.

Power the projects that power our communities by becoming our next Work Coordinator on our design team in Little Canada, MN.

This is an admin position with the following responsibilities

  • Receive Vegetation Management requests and handle them in an efficient manner
  • Create WorkStudio VA#s or RE#s for all jobs including VM and Cross-Charges
  • Manage Emergent Work by overseeing reactive, storm, and construction work. This includes priority poles, batching, SharePoint loading, and WorkStudio steps
  • Manage PTJs and Associated Tasks such as dispatch and phone agent responses.
  • Create PRs for all jobs, including Vegetation Management and Cross-Charges
  • Create and release WO#'s in SAP and VA#'s in WorkStudio
  • Participate in VMPI program activities
  • Optimize construction and Vegetation Management support processes in SAP and WorkStudio.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design requestors for follow up
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
  • Finalize, reconcile, and close out jobs/operations in SAP and WorkStudio
  • Manage Outbound Notification calls and emails
  • Handle various tasks such as re-ordering door cards, IT/MDT support, badges/onboarding, OHSI entry in CRS, generating Bus Obj and WorkStudio reports.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in Project Management, Customer Service, Coordination, Scheduling, and/or Administration.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. A Driver's License may be required.
