Ensures security by announcing all guests, receiving confirmation that vendors are scheduled to be on WOL property and providing visitor name badges to all guests/vendors. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, opening and setting up the front office; writing tardies and inputting in RenWeb; caring for sick students; supporting and promoting interest in WOLCS/WOLCC; providing support to Office Manager and WOLCS Preschool and K-8 Administration, as needed; coordinating substitutes; coordinating "safe person" information; recruiting and/or directing volunteers for WOLCS

Requirements / Qualifications Qualifications High School graduate or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing filing, accounting and bookkeeping. Minimum of two (2) years' professional experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in English and Spanish languages preferred.
