 The Riverside Metro Auto Group provides pristine, top-notch customer service at every single one of our five auto dealerships. We are a multi-import auto dealership group with Honda, Volkswagen, Nissan, Mazda, and Hyundai.

We provide team members with top-notch training to give our customers the best possible experience. Our overall mission is to create an incredible vehicle buying experience when entering our facilities.

Job Overview:

The Receptionist is the first impression of the Riverside Metro Auto Group and plays an important role in our business.  This critical role will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Greets customers, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to appropriate department; takes messages as needed.
  • Receives documents, packages, and courier deliveries and contacts appropriate employee to pick up.
  • Performs assigned clerical support tasks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with multi-line phone system.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
