  • Comprehensive Bug Reporting: Accurately log and report identified bugs using Jira (or other designated tools). This includes providing clear, concise descriptions, precise steps for reproduction, and any relevant supporting materials such as screenshots or videos
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Actively engage with internal development teams, providing regular updates on testing progress and findings. Participation in team meetings is expected, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution

  • Clear and Adaptable Communication: Articulate technical issues clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Tailor your communication style to resonate with diverse audiences, such as developers and producers
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Take initiative in identifying potential problems and proposing solutions. Beyond simply reporting bugs, analyze potential causes and suggest preventative measures
  • Agile Adaptability: Thrive in the fast-paced and ever-evolving games industry, adapting readily to changing priorities, deadlines, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborative Team Spirit: Embrace teamwork as a core value, willingly supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment
  • Genuine Passion for Gaming and Baseball: Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for video games and baseball, fueled by a desire to create exceptional gaming experiences that resonate with fans.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of baseball rules, culture, and terminology
  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with the ability to rigorously implement test plans
  • Superior written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking software, preferably Jira
  • Solid understanding of diverse game development disciplines, including programming, art, and design
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity within a multidisciplinary work setting
  • Strong technical literacy and proficiency across VR systems, PCs, mobile devices, and game consoles
  • This hourly position provides an excellent entry point into the sports and games industries and the opportunity to work on exciting baseball games for a renowned organization

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
