Overview

Dental Marketing Coordinator - Part Time

The Dental Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring our referring offices have a seamless, positive experience.

Schedule: Choice of 1-2 days a week depending on need between Mon-Thurs


Responsibilities
  • Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice manager
  • Makes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring office
  • Responsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and Doctors
  • Remember specific information about each office to bring up in conversation
  • Bring referral cards to any office in need
  • Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily
  • Updates a provided tracker in Excel
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree coursework in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
