This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and offers a flexible schedule. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations in our practice.

Job Description

Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive experience
Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient records efficiently
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and care
Support the office with minor social media administrative tasks (taking photos, gathering feedback, prepping posts)
Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Salary Range

Part-time $20 - $26 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional and reliable with a customer-oriented attitude
Comfortable interacting with patients both in person and on the phone
Basic technical proficiency and ability to use office software

Preferences

Previous experience in a dental office or medical administrative role
Prior experience with scheduling and patient coordination
Familiarity with basic social media platforms and photography
