This position will coordinate proper documentation for training, personnel files, certifications, and additional forms to be stored. This position will also assist with facility-wide human resource tasks.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Assist team members whenever possible with requests and/or information; attempt to answer questions and/or address concerns in a timely mannerProcess and support payroll administration through the HRIS, including employee onboarding, separations, status changes, data updates, and payroll troubleshootingResponsible for supporting recruitment processes through our ATS: i.e. posting jobs, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, initiating pre-employment screenings, etc. Support with onboarding functions such as entering new Team Members into our HRIS system, E-Verify and I-9 verification, handbook and benefits review, etc.Assist with assigning, tracking, and documenting completion of required trainings (e.g., safety, harassment prevention, HRIS/Time & Labor, venue-specific SOPs) for full-time and part-time Team MembersWork closely with SFM Human Resources Representative to make sure all personnel, state, and federal guidelines are metComplete various compliance tasks related to the HR field including auditsProvide general administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team including phone coverage, scheduling support, preparing basic correspondence, and helping with HR-related reporting or trackers.Acting as Administrative Assistant backup to the front desk to answer calls and greet visitorsBank Deposits and ReconciliationAccounts Payable, Receivable and Check writingAdditional tasks assigned by managementMINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Associate degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferredHighly professional, organized and detail orientedMust have excellent customer service skillsSolutions oriented approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills; experienced in Microsoft Office tools and resources, specifically Excel, and including PowerPoint and WordAbility to take ownership of special projects and tasks with little supervisionExperience with handling confidential informationWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to move or lift up to 50 poundsPosition requires standing and activity for extended periods of time (indoors or outdoors), squatting, stooping, jogging, or bending into awkward positions while performing job functionsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
