Rally Fleet is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Automotive Body Repair/Paint Technician. This position plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality body repair and painting services for our fleet vehicles. We are looking for a forward-thinking professional who shares our commitment to excellence and aligns with our values.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced technician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive body repair and painting. They should have expertise in working with various surfaces, including fiberglass and metal, and be able to perform light to heavy repairs efficiently. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential.


What You'll Do

  • Perform light to heavy automotive body repairs on different types of surfaces.
  • Repair fiberglass fenders and hoods using a two-part epoxy.
  • Pull metal and fill with fiberglass as needed.
  • Disassemble and reassemble semi-truck body parts.
  • Prep panels for primer and paint.
  • Perform auto body repairs to OEM standards.
  • Prime and tape trucks for paint application.
  • Paint semi-trucks using a single-stage or base/clear coat application.
  • Dispose of waste properly per OSHA/EH&S standards.

What You Need

  • Previous experience as a Body Shop Repair person and automotive Painter or Paint Prepper.
  • Experience working with metals, including aluminum.
  • Ability to straighten sheet metal.
  • Previous welding experience.
  • Frame machine and welding experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (20 - 75 lbs).
  • Reliable transportation.
