Essential Tasks
โ€ข Clean parts using the chemical degreaser, parts washer, and power washer.
โ€ข Perform deburring operations to customer specifications using various air tools and equipment.
โ€ข Perform proper application and removal of Born Nitride.
โ€ข Assist with airflow inspections when needed.
โ€ข Analyze and interpret Op sheets, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and travelers to produce products that meet or exceed customer specifications.
โ€ข Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to customer specifications using precision measuring tools and equipment as necessary.
โ€ข Follow all Hi-Tek policies and procedures, including the use of proper PPE
โ€ข Operate overhead crane when necessary.
โ€ข Document actions by updating control charts and travelers and reporting labor in the ERP system.
โ€ข Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties.
โ€ข Demonstrates the ability to lift 35 pounds regularly.
โ€ข Any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organizationโ€™s values.

Education and Experience
