BMW of Brooklyn is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Cashier/Counter Representative to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories, providing exceptional service while accurately processing transactions and managing inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating and purchasing the correct BMW parts and accessories.
  • Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked and organized.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and warranties.
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, parts sales, or cashiering preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
