Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for logistics and customer service? We are looking for a Parts Inventory Associate to become a key player in our Fenton/St Louis operation. In this role, you aren't just moving boxes; you are the backbone of our service and sales departments, ensuring our customers get the critical components they need to keep their businesses running. You will balance technical office work - like quoting and data entry - with hands-on warehouse management.
In this dynamic position, you'll be at the heart of our operations - turning parts inquiries into satisfied customers, building accurate quotes, streamlining inventory, and supporting our Sales and Service teams with speed and precision. Job Location: Fenton/St Louis, MO
Essential functions:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and turn parts inquiries into new sales opportunities.
  • Create competitive, professional parts quotes that win business.
  • Manage accurate data entry, order processing, and billing with speed and precision.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Service to handle material requisitions, smart pricing, purchasing, and efficient parts staging.
  • Take ownership of inventory - maintaining optimal stock levels and championing accuracy through cycle counts and proactive management.
  • Own shipping, receiving, and logistics using UPS, FedEx, and freight systems.
  • Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm across all channels.
  • Support warehouse operations with safe material handling when needed.
  • Bring positive energy to the team and tackle additional responsibilities with a can-do attitude.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:
Education:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Experience:
  • Two years' experience in a similar industrial/technical/inventory position is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Great Plains or IFS is a big advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC or boiler systems is a plus - we'll help you grow here!

Physical Skill & Effort:
  • Record-keeping (computerized) experience.
  • Work requires computer proficiency, moderate typing speed and a high data input accuracy level.
  • Willingness /ability to work occasional overtime and emergency hours, as needed. (infrequent)
  • Warehouse duties which include handling and moving material at times weighing more than 50 pounds. Using a pallet jack and hand truck to move materials as required and assisting personnel in material movement.

Working Conditions and Hazards:
Normal office and warehouse conditions. Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions or materials
