Looking for more than just a driving job?
We're seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our Fleet Services team. You'll begin by supporting our shop through parts deliveries, inventory organization, and shop operations while learning our parts management system. As your knowledge grows, you'll take on increased responsibility in purchasing, inventory control, vendor relationships, and parts coordination, with opportunities to assist our technicians with basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to grow into a long-term career in fleet operations.
What You'll Do
  • Shop & Parts Support
  • Pick up and deliver parts between vendors and company locations
  • Verify parts against purchase orders
  • Organize and stock incoming inventory
  • Keep the parts room clean, organized, and efficient
  • Maintain company vehicles used for deliveries
  • Parts Coordination (Training Provided)
  • Learn to place daily and weekly parts orders
  • Receive and process incoming inventory
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
  • Process invoices and parts receipts
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Return warranty and unused parts
  • Support technicians by ensuring needed parts are available

Fleet & Shop Assistance
  • Assist technicians with basic vehicle and equipment maintenance as experience allows
  • Help keep the shop organized and operating efficiently
  • Pitch in wherever needed to support the Fleet Services team

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience working around vehicles, equipment, or construction preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Dependable with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow into additional responsibilities
