Parts Counter
Job Summary

This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating with the technician and the customer on the particular parts they will need to retrieve.
Essential Functions
  • Purchase equipment parts or supplies to maintain stock levels.
  • Keep accurate account of inventory.
  • Maintain documentation of requisitions
  • Monitor and verify the delivery of parts.
  • Conduct inspection to ensure quality.
  • Fulfill customer requests for ordering parts.
  • Identify defective parts and issue replacements.
  • Accurately identify parts needed for customer.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone and in person
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Team oriented.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of parts and mechanics
Physical Requirements
