Job Summary
This position will be responsible for quoting, selling, and sourcing, replacement and maintenance parts for various types of material handling equipment, and will source all required parts based on best possible cost, availability, quality, and delivery time. This is an excellent career opportunity with our growing company. Essential Functions
  • Identifying parts using EPC and paperback catalogs.
  • Consider price, quality, availability, reliability when choosing suppliers.
  • Places orders and ensures products are shipped according to deadlines.
  • Manages purchases order from creation to close.
  • Obtains freight charges from suppliers.
  • Recoups freight through WO distribution.
  • Tracks and processes credits.
  • Provide internal customers with accurate delivery times.
  • Find the highest quality goods possible.
  • Generate quotes and Parts Department Work Orders.
  • Pull orders for delivery and will call.
  • Answering phones and emails.
  • Put up stock.
  • Provides customer service.
  • Cycle counts.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in material handling, equipment repairs, servicing, or parts sales preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good Memory and able to work accurately with lengthy part numbers.
  • Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures.
  • Neat and well organized.
  • Work on his/her feet for extended periods of time.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Candidates must possess basic math skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
  • Forklift Operating License preferred but not required.
