Job description

Assembly Technician

Pay: $22–$26/hour (DOE)

Location: Longmont, CO

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are seeking Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you will assemble and test high-precision gas distribution and semiconductor process equipment used in advanced technology applications worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical assembly experience who enjoy working in a quality-focused, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical systems from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Build sub-assemblies and large-scale equipment using hand and power tools
  • Perform electrical crimping, wiring, and component installation
  • Conduct testing and inspections to ensure quality and performance standards are met
  • Support hydro-testing activities and accurately document results
  • Follow ISO9001 quality standards and manufacturing procedures
  • Maintain a controlled manufacturing environment and comply with safety protocols
  • Use basic computer programs to document work and communicate with team members
  • Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma OR ged
  • 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
  • Electrical crimping and wiring experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
