Coordinating daily inventory levels, executing parts administrative tasks, and organizing other related day-to-day functions

Essential Duties

  • Process and manage receipts, payables, and invoices from suppliers
  • Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing
  • Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
  • Put stock away in correct locations
  • Receive and store parts, maintain inventory cycle counts and ensure parts are available when needed
  • Answer telephone dealing directly with customers and vendors
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Willingness to learn job related duties
  • Maintains professional appearance
  • Follow safety procedures
