Job description

Learfield is seeking a relationship-driven and execution-focused Corporate Partnerships Account Manager to join our Corporate Sales team and lead the day-to-day management and activation of corporate sponsorships. This role is responsible for translating partner objectives into integrated activation plans and ensuring seamless execution across a portfolio of clients. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, takes ownership, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for both partners and university stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead the execution of partnership programs across digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms while serving as a primary point of contact for assigned partners. You will manage campaign timelines, ensure fulfillment of contractual assets, and provide insights and reporting to support partner success and renewal opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with experience in partnership management who is ready to independently manage relationships and drive execution with limited oversight.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships for an assigned portfolio of corporate partners, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and agency partners
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated partnership activations across digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms
  • Ensure all contractual elements are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining accountability for partnership fulfillment and overall client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain activation plans, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating across internal teams and university properties
  • Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to support partner objectives and renewal opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships, including upsell, renewal, and incremental value creation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support campaign execution and partner initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partnership information within CRM systems, including contracts, activation details, and reporting
  • Apply industry knowledge and insights to inform activation strategies and improve partner outcomes
  • Support onboarding and provide guidance to junior team members, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in partnership services, marketing, sponsorships, or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field
  • Experience in sports, media, agency, or sponsorship environments
  • Experience managing complex or multi-channel partnership activations
  • Familiarity with partnership measurement, reporting, and proof of performance
  • Experience identifying renewal or upsell opportunities within existing client relationships
