The Role

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading all partnership initiatives across Bushbalm PRO. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of paid creator partnerships, affiliate and ambassador programs, and key esthetician relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about building an engaged community while driving measurable business growth through authentic partnerships.

In this Role, You Will: Partnership Strategy and Management
  • Develop and execute Bushbalm PRO's partnership strategy to support brand awareness, product launches, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with estheticians, creators, educators, and industry professionals.
  • Own all paid partnership campaigns from outreach through reporting.
  • Manage partnership budgets, contracts, deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
Affiliate and Ambassador Programs
  • Manage and grow Bushbalm PRO's affiliate and ambassador programs.
  • Recruit high-quality partners that align with the Bushbalm PRO brand.
  • Build long-term relationships while ensuring partners are engaged, supported, and successful.
  • Track affiliate performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement and sales.
Campaign Execution and Performance
  • Collaborate with Brand, Social, Education, and Sales teams on partnership campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, content approvals, and reporting.
  • Measure campaign performance using KPIs including engagement, conversions, affiliate revenue, and ROI.
  • Stay informed on creator trends and identify new partnership opportunities within the esthetics industry.
What you Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or creator management.
  • Proven experience managing paid partnerships from strategy through execution.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on results.
  • Beauty, skincare, or professional beauty industry experience is considered an asset.
