Job Description
As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible to identify potential new partners and show them the value of working with Bankcard Services. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads as well as sourcing for your own pipeline.
Enable both new and existing partners to grow by successfully selling the value of Bankcard Services, and offering ongoing partner-specific training, education, and resources. You will guide partners as they learn how Bankcard Services can help their clients improve growth by offering innovative solutions and overall partner profitability.
The Channel Partner Manager is a W-2 position that offers the ability to earn large weekly payouts based on your efforts and successes, while also building a long-term compounding residual stream.
In this role, you will need to:
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Support, Customer Service, Marketing, Legal, Direct Sales, etc.) to ensure partners have everything they need to successfully resell and to execute sales strategy as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or release new products
  • Ensure partner expectations are being met (or exceeded!)
  • Ensure partners are following agreed-upon guidelines
  • Proactively help partners hit their sales goals/milestones
  • Give presentations to potential partners
  • Create demand using tools like marketing collateral, campaigns, webinars, events
  • Communicate regularly with partners and company stakeholders
  • Build a solid channel sales program that meets or exceeds sales goals
  • Develop a long-term successful strategy for Bankcard Services channel sales program
  • Develop the ability to dissect a partner's business goals and help them develop a better plan for achieving them
  • Become an expert at presenting how Bankcard Services can help a partner improve the fundamentals of their business
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level by identifying partners who are willing to invest both time and money in leveraging our software and training
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Proven sales professional, 2+ years' experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the company's products, services, and business operations
  • It's a plus if you have established relationships with potential partners.
  • Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challenges
  • Desire to excel and grow within the organization
  • Experience managing partner data in a CRM tool
  • Proficiency in office productivity applications, e.g., document and spreadsheet creation, and presentation building
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus
