Summary:This role serves as the primary relationship liaison between Jewelers Mutual and our jeweler partners. The Account Manager is responsible for developing personalized approaches to drive results across the entire suite of solutions offered to the jeweler from Jewelers Mutual. This includes insurance referral programs, care plan, shipping solution, appraisal solution, asset protection, and any new solutions that are developed. Critical functions within this role include onboarding new partners efficiently while complying with all contractual agreements, cultivating strong relationships to drive new business growth, training best practices at all levels of partner organizations to ensure regulatory compliance and improve sales. This position works closely with P&L leadership, Business Development, and Operations to appropriately steer the direction of the product(s)/program(s).

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and respond to communication via email and phone queue with current and prospective jeweler partners and their associated agent
  • Serve as the partner's program support resource by guiding them to success in their program(s) and resolving any questions or concerns
  • Execute onboarding, including program setup and training of a new partner on systems, processes, and sales techniques across multiple mediums and audiences
  • Administer and deliver business reviews with partners on a defined cadence
  • Identify and execute additional opportunities for training, engagement, and growth based on the unique needs of each partner using JM's account management practices
  • Lead, troubleshoot, and resolve partner issues with a sense of urgency
  • Utilize Salesforce at organizational direction to build strong, accountable engagement tracking
  • Provide feedback to appropriate business areas for future product enhancements to improve efficiencies and improve the jeweler and customer experience
  • Maintain timely partner checkpoints to ensure ongoing compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and partner contracts
  • Coordinate marketing materials and any technical requirements cross-functionally and externally with engaged vendors

Minimum Qualifications
  • HS diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of account management
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills at all levels including the ability to inform, educate, negotiate, and persuade
