Job description

The Milwaukee Milkmen are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and creative Corporate Partnerships Account Manager to join our front-office team. This position will be responsible for developing new corporate partnerships, growing existing relationships, and creating customized opportunities that deliver value to both our business partners and the Milkmen.
This is a revenue-generating sales position for someone who enjoys building relationships, making connections, and turning ideas into successful partnerships. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, comfortable making outbound sales calls, and excited about working in the sports and entertainment industry.
New Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate partners throughout the Milwaukee market and surrounding communities.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings to generate new business.
  • Research prospective companies and identify opportunities that align with their marketing goals.
  • Create customized partnership proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and close new business.

Partnership Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate partners.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and identify opportunities to increase their investment.
  • Ensure all partnership benefits and contractual obligations are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including ticket sales, marketing, promotions, merchandise, food & beverage, and game operations to execute partnerships.
  • Track partnership activity, deliverables, and results throughout the season.
  • Conduct partner check-ins and post-season recaps to demonstrate value and identify renewal opportunities.

Creative Partnership Development
  • Develop unique sponsorship and activation ideas that go beyond traditional signage.
  • Create opportunities utilizing Milkmen games, Franklin Field, digital platforms, social media, hospitality, tickets, promotions, community events, and other team assets.
  • Help businesses use their partnership with the Milkmen to generate awareness, customer engagement, employee benefits, and sales.
  • Stay current on local business trends and identify creative ways the Milkmen can help companies reach their target audiences.

Game Day & Events
  • Attend Milkmen home games and assist with partner activations and hospitality.
  • Build relationships with corporate partners and their guests during games and special events.
  • Assist with corporate outings, client entertainment, employee appreciation events, and other partner experiences.
