Job Summary

Job Description

Partner with multi-functional Medline teams to develop strategy and execution of all performance marketing activity within eCommerce for an assigned subset of product divisions; developing a full funnel approach that places our consumers at the center of everything we do. This role collaborates closely with product division, retail marketing, retail sales, and supply chain teams to drive Medline categories and conversion of Medline products at Amazon.com and Walmart.com.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing the digital marketing plans specific for Amazon and Walmart that align with Medline's business goals and objectives. The main objective of these plans is to drive sell-through results, optimizations, and best practices across the regions leveraging media, digital merchandising, content, and data.

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and business account managers to drive coordinated plans and be responsible for achieving a set of KPIs. Track and report on the execution of the plans including an annual approach, investment plan and key initiatives to senior leaders.

  • Partner with division leadership and retail counterparts to develop and activate quarterly learning agenda to ensure continuous test and learn that will advance capabilities, improve customer experience, and drive sell-thru.

  • Build strong working relationships with account and internal partners in order to drive category growth and create mutual value for customers and for Medline.

  • Strengthen the perception of Medline as both an internal and external strategic business partner by sharing insights and information about market trends, technological innovation and customer needs.

  • Support the eCommerce team and agency partners to define and execute the paid search strategy, campaign optimization and reporting results for Amazon and last mile delivery partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on leading Amazon full funnel marketing activations including strategy and creative development with agency partners.

  • Collaborate internal team & with customer to identify white space opportunity, competitive analysis and create value via packaging & consumer messaging.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration or any other related field preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 2-5 years of CPG brand/marketing/sales/finance and/or Shopper Marketing experience.

  • 2+ years of traditional marketing role or related experience preferred.

  • 1+ years of eCommerce exposure or experience, specifically with exposure to Amazon or Walmart.com selling, with a basic understanding of the business, coordination, and pull through preferred.

  • 1+ years of digital or advertising agency management experience preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced analytics, digital and omni-commerce knowledge.

  • General manager mindset, thought leader and skilled collaborator with strong communication.

eCommerce & Digital Expertise

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the digital eCommerce and retail advertising environment

  • Exposure to and understanding of Amazon Advertising, Walmart.com, Sams.com, and other eCommerce retailer

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
