Job Summary

Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. We work alongside client partners to unlock potential and create lasting impact. As a Senior Associate, your role is to turn analytical insights into actionable business outcomes for some of the world’s largest companies.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze client data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings and work with clients from shop floor to C‑suite to implement solutions.
  • Support rapid, sustainable results in areas such as process improvement, supply chain optimization, and back‑office transformation.
  • Collaborate with Senior Associates and partners to refine and deliver high‑impact strategies.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience in the natural resources industry.
  • Analytics experience including Excel and quantitative analysis.
Compensation

Annual salary ranges from approximately $68,300 to $220,400, varying by location, role, skills, and experience.
