About Venture University (VU)

Venture University is a global platform for developing the next generation of venture capital and private equity professionals. Our programs combine structured training with hands-on experience, giving participants practical skills, career development, and access to a global network of investors and entrepreneurs.


About the Program

The Venture Capital Investor Accelerator is an 11-week (with option to extend) apprenticeship-style training program. Participants join VUโ€™s investment team in a learning capacity and gain exposure to:

  • Deal sourcing and pipeline management
  • Company and market due diligence
  • Portfolio support and monitoring
  • Fund strategy and portfolio construction


The program is designed for individuals seeking to accelerate careers in venture capital, private equity, and startups through structured learning and applied experience.
