Job description

Partner Success Coordinator

Full-Time | In-Office (Clearwater, FL) | Occasional Travel

PostcardMania — PCM Integrations Division

Rapidly growing company in Clearwater, FL looking for a Partner Success for our Marketing Technology Division.

Are you interested in joining one of Tampa Bay's Top Workplaces (for 12 years running!) that provides on-the-job training and a fun, high-energy atmosphere? If you said yes, then look no further!

Who We Are

PCM Integrations is the marketing technology division of PostcardMania, where we combine powerful automation with real-world marketing—like direct mail you can trigger from a CRM or platform. We integrate with software companies, CRMs, and marketing tools across the country and help them provide value by mailing smarter, faster, and easier than ever.

Your Mission

As our Partner Success Specialist, your mission is to grow revenue by making our partners the experts. You'll arm them with the education, proof points, and marketing support they need to confidently promote direct mail to their own client base—then measure your success by the usage and revenue growth that follows.

Work Hours
  • Full-time, in-office role (Clearwater, FL)
  • Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
  • Occasional travel required for tradeshows/events
Compensation
  • Base pay: $43k/year
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus structure: Earn bonuses tied directly to increased revenue
  • Paid training included
Who You Are
  • Naturally curious and coachable—you love learning something deeply and then explaining it clearly to someone else
  • Hungry to build a career, not just fill a seat—you want to grow with a team that rewards initiative
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and doesn't need to be micromanaged
  • A confident communicator—phone, email, video, and in person
  • Organized enough to juggle multiple partner relationships at once without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable presenting or hosting once trained (webinars, demos, walkthroughs)
  • Willing and able to travel for tradeshows when needed

Bonus if you've worked in sales, marketing, or customer success before—SaaS or CRM experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements
  • Educate our partners on direct mail statistics, effectiveness, and real-world use cases—arming them with everything they need to sell it internally to their own users
  • Build and deliver marketing materials, one-pagers, case studies, and video walkthroughs that partners can pass along to their client base
  • Serve as the liaison between our partners and our internal marketing team, coordinating co-branded campaigns and scheduling podcasts and webinars
  • Host small-group training webinars for partner teams to deepen their product knowledge
  • Proactively reach out to partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn to reactivate dormant accounts and grow usage
  • Help identify and cultivate new affiliate-style partnership opportunities
  • Travel with the team to tradeshows to represent the brand and generate leads
  • Constantly strategize new ways to help partners drive results—and track your success by the revenue growth you create

This role is a performance-based position measured by the increase in gross income from the entire area.

Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance
  • 401K, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Accident & Critical Illness
  • Paid vacation time that increases with longevity
  • 6 paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
  • Free yoga on-site twice a week
  • Free monthly visits to a local chiropractor and so much more!
