Job description

Position Summary:
The Customer Success Associate (Small Business Research Team) fulfills business license research for our high-volume reseller partnerships and our direct clients. The Customer Success Associate is focused on maximizing efficiency to generate rapid and accurate research results for our client and partnership accounts across a wide array of industries and jurisdictions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct industry and location-specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county, and municipal-level business licensing requirements.
  • Create business-specific research results for timely delivery to clients in line with our established key performance indicators.
  • Identify and capture licensure specifications including forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data.
  • Communicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries.
  • Provide proactive updates to our clients and partners regarding order statuses and delays.
  • Concisely convey findings to clients and team members via oral and written correspondence.
  • Provide cross-team support to vary work product and enhance industry and licensing expertise.
  • Help us expand and update our industry knowledge by capturing both new and updated license information for future use.
  • Interact with clients and business partners to identify, explain, and resolve business licensing needs.

Qualifications:
Education
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
Experience
  • 0-3 years of experience, preferably in the licensing or compliance field.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Certifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues, and clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize work at all times.
  • Use of considerable tact and discretion when dealing with partners, clients, or sensitive data.
  • Excellent organizational and both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to work in a challenging environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing regulatory environment.
  • Outstanding skills using computers in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.

This role supports clients and partner accounts by conducting detailed business licensing research across numerous industries and jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate, timely results while maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.

Compensation:
$41,100.00 - $68,900.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
