About the job:
The Sr. Client Partner is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategic client relationships, revenue growth, and successful delivery across complex enterprise engagements. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, shaping innovative solutions, and ensuring consistent execution across both sales and delivery functions. This requires deep experience managing large-scale client relationships in a matrixed, global delivery environment with strong accountability for both financial performance and client satisfaction.

What you will do at Sogeti:
•Lead and grow high-value enterprise client relationships with a focus on long-term account expansion and sustained revenue growth.
•Drive both sales and delivery execution, ensuring successful alignment between business development pipelines and high-quality project delivery.
•Manage complex, multi-dimensional client engagements across cross-functional and global (nearshore/offshore) teams.
•Own account profitability, financial performance, and forecasting, including revenue, margin, contracts, and pricing strategies.
•Partner with executive-level stakeholders to shape strategic direction, present innovative solutions, and reinforce business value at the C-level.
•Ensure consistent client satisfaction by overseeing delivery excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across engagements.
•Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and alliance ecosystems to drive additional growth opportunities.

What you will bring:
•10+ years of experience managing high-growth enterprise accounts, ideally with ownership of large single-client relationships and $10M+ growth contributions.

•Experience working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.

Education:
