Job Description

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Rexel Utility - Edmonton branch.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products.  He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
  • Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
  • Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience is required
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
