Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, driven Market Partner to lead the next phase of growth at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. This is a 100% field-facing leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. The Market Partner is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, and member satisfaction across all clubs in their region - while cultivating a high-performance, high-care culture built on trust, ownership, and growth.
What You'll Do:
As the Market Partner, you'll lead from the front - inspiring, developing, and driving results through people, performance, and process. You'll create alignment across your market, ensure operational consistency, and deliver measurable outcomes that elevate the Crunch brand and experience.
You'll be the ultimate culture carrier - aligning teams around a shared vision, ensuring every club delivers an exceptional member experience, and developing leaders who embody our purpose: to enrich the lives of others through the power of well-being.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Markets fully staffed at 100% across all roles with a robust virtual pipeline, rapid time-to-fill, and seamless recruiting/integration for all management positions.
  • Club and market profitability targets crushed monthly/annually through tight labor control, COGS management, inventory shrink minimization, and controllable expense oversight.
  • Member acquisition, retention, and KPIs consistently exceeded, with urgent, empathetic resolutions driving high SLI performance and "Wow" member experiences.
  • Teams energized and aligned through constant vision casting, core values demonstration, daily/weekly/monthly cadences, personal development plans, and continuous GM/MP coaching.
  • Talent pipeline thriving via proactive succession planning, performance appraisals, and internal promotions that fuel market growth.
  • Clubs execute flawlessly-highest service/sales standards via regular site evaluations, local store marketing, community relations, and cross-department alignment.

About You:
You lead with conviction and align teams around shared goals. Decisions are made quickly and grounded in facts, with consistent follow-through on execution. High standards are maintained personally and across the team.
You take initiative, anticipate obstacles, and move work forward without waiting for direction. You bring sustained energy and resilience to complex, long-term challenges. Communication is direct and objective, with clear accountability for results.
Responsibilities:
  • Create alignment across market through constant vision casting and unified demonstration of core values
  • Meet and exceed target profitability monthly and annually on a per club and market aggregate basis
  • Own the recruiting and integration process for all management positions within market purview
  • Maintain 100% staffing across all positions and maintain a virtual pipeline to minimize time to fill
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, as well as execute personal development plans to support growth in professional, personal development
  • Energize through on-going coaching and performance development, to include formal performance appraisals and continuous feedback to General Managers and Managing Partners
  • Identify, develop, and leverage existing team members to support the growth of market through talent succession planning
  • Achieve and exceed member acquisition, retention, and Key Performance Indicator performance targets
  • Guide Managing Partners to execute local store marketing activities and external community relations
  • Direct oversight of all club controllable expenses, to include labor control management, cost of goods sold, repairs/maintenance, and gym supplies
  • Strategize, collaborate, and coordinate across all departments for alignment, prioritization, and integration into key activities at the club and market level
  • Ensure member resolutions are addressed with urgency and kind spirit.
  • Conduct regular club visits to support standards in cleanliness, equipment upkeep, team member competence, and utilization of proper operating procedures and systems
  • Understand market competitive landscape for changes in pricing, operations, amenities, talent acquisition

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years operational and multi-unit management experience
  • Experience in P&L oversight, budget forecasting, & Key Performance Indicator evaluation/reporting
  • Extensive experience in talent deployment- recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
  • Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking
  • Must be able to drive for extended periods of time

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field

Up to 80% travel is required
