Job description

Partner Enablement Program Manager
9+ Months W2 Contract
Lehi, UT (hybrid)

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

  • Work with domain experts & partner engagement managers to develop a comprehensive network of resources, training materials, and tools that increase our partners' successful implementations. 
  • Build a library of resources and creatively designed solutions to support consulting implementation knowledge & onboarding of new partners. 
  • Create, develop, and manage the face-to-face workshops and events to provide the partner ecosystem with the tools and knowledge to be successful representative of Adobe.
  • This will include working with the events team for venue selection, establishing a budget (venue, catering, T&E), partner messaging, invitations, and ensuring readiness of all personnel and the venue.
  • Research and assemble available content based on internal requests for further development by the Curriculum Team.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in business, technology or related field
  • Proven project & program management experience   
    Experience with learning and development, adult learning strategy, or instructional design   
  • A gifted eye for visual aesthetics, ability to ideate visual concepts and direct design resources
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through   
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, re-prioritizing work as situations change and needs arise   
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and distinctly explain technological and business concepts   
  • Proven track record to lead the development of a full training cycle (assess needs, identify learning outcomes and success criteria, plan, develop, coordinate, assess, and evaluate)

Pay Range: 

$35.00 - $38.73/hour
