Job description

Overview
Lutron is seeking a creative Senior Program Manager to join the Communications team at our office location in Conshohocken, PA. The Senior Program Manager serves as the primary relationship lead between Communications, the in-house creative agency, and the marketing teams. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and ensuring that communication campaigns, projects, and creative initiatives are strategically aligned to business objectives. Guided by the Communications Director, this role translates department priorities into strong business partnerships, campaign strategy, and execution. The Sr. Program Manager partners closely with the marketers, creative leadership and functional teams to guide work from intake through execution. This role plays a key part in shaping briefs, developing program strategy, aligning stakeholders, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units and marketing teams.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen effective working relationships between Communications and marketing.
  • Ensure a high-quality partnership experience by aligning expectations, fostering communications and proactively addressing issues
  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives, markets, audiences, and challenges.
  • Foster deep partnership and collaboration with creative leadership to shape campaign strategy and guide work from brief intake through execution ensuring continuity, quality, and strategic focus.
  • Partner with the Communications Director to ensure business needs, campaign priorities, and program decisions align with departmental strategy and to support informed leadership decision making - escalating risks, competing priorities and significant stakeholder issues as needed
  • Partner with creative leadership and marketing to build, review, and strengthen project briefs at intake to define goals, audiences, scope, and deliverables.
  • Lead the development and execution of communication campaigns across creative functional areas and outside agencies, ensuring they have the direction, context, and inputs needed to deliver effectively.
  • Problem-solve with creative leadership and project teams to address project needs, evolution, and challenges to keep campaign development moving.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship for project managers managing complex work and cross-functional coordination to support on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field
  • Minimum, cumulative 3.00 GPA required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing campaigns in a corporate creative setting an agency required
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple clients across an organization and agency partners
  • Marketing acumen and demonstrated experience in leading an integrated creative team in creative strategy, development and execution
  • Demonstrated success at developing valued relationships with senior-level clients, and building relationships across all client levels
