Position Overview

The Enterprise Program Manager will lead the delivery of a large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiative. This role is responsible for aligning strategy with execution across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring accountability, and driving successful outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

The Program Manager will establish governance frameworks, operating models, and delivery standards while coaching teams and improving ways of working.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Accountability
  • Own end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream program
  • Define program vision, structure, and execution strategy
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, UX, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure accountability and clarity at all levels
Operating Model & Governance
  • Design and implement program governance and operating cadence
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths
  • Lead steering committees and governance forums
  • Ensure adherence to program standards and best practices
Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain an integrated master roadmap
  • Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies
  • Lead periodic planning and prioritization cycles
  • Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget
Team Organization & Enablement
  • Structure teams for clarity and effectiveness
  • Coach product managers, project managers, and team leads
  • Establish expectations for deliverables and communication

Financial & Vendor Oversight
  • Manage program budget, forecasting, and financial tracking
  • Oversee vendor performance and accountability
  • Ensure alignment of contracts, procurement, and deliverables with program goals

  • Support Agile team coordination and Scrum activities
  • Assist Scrum Masters with ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives)

  • Support Product Managers in tracking objectives and key results

Required Experience & QualificationsExperience
  • 8โ€“10 years of program or portfolio management experience
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience working with internal teams and external vendors
