Your Role:
The Program Manager leads cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and implement business, commercial, medical, and supply chain processes supporting new product commercialization. This role drives process analysis and requirements definition, including the development of "as-is" and "to-be" workflows, process documentation, stakeholder engagement, training, change management, and KPI deployment. The Program Manager is accountable for establishing and executing project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies, while ensuring clear and effective communication across within the team and across all levels of management.
What you'll be doing:
  • Process Analysis & Design: Ability to effectively lead the team in mapping, analyzing, and defining complex business processes.
  • Strategic Implementation: Leads cross-functional teams through the creation and implementation of new processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Documentation: Leads the team in developing detailed SOPs, RACI charts across all functions, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborates with IT to configure business systems that support new and improved business workflows.
  • Performance Metrics: Defines KPIs to measure process effectiveness and works with the business team to define return on investment.
  • Interacts through program updates and reviews with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies.
  • Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes.
  • Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in organization's ability to execute programs from identification through implementation.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required (in a technical field preferred). MS/MBA degree preferred.
  • PMI / PMP Certification (or equivalent) desired.
  • 10+ years of product life cycle experience
  • 5+ years project management experience with demonstrated success leading multi-site projects. Process development project experience highly desired.
  • Experience with Medical Device Product Lifecycle (ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820) highly desired.
  • Must have strong business acumen especially in business processes, supply chain, and commercial launch.

  • Ability to communicate effectively using a wide variety of skills and vehicles, across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment including external partners.
  • Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought, experience, and collaboration.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, StormBoard, Mindmap) and SharePoint
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

The estimated base salary for this position is $128,000 to $160,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
